So here it is. The cover of the album I have been working on for almost a year now. In this time I have learnt so much about techniques in recording, mixing and mastering as well as songwriting and everything else artists have to know. I have written all these songs myself and primarily performed on all recordings too. I have enlisted the help of several friends who have contributed vocals and instrument pieces. These are:
Chris Purcell: Have provided bass on most of the tracks and vocals on 4 songs
Amberley Crediton: Has done vocals for 4 tracks on the album
Michael Ashcroft: Has done vocals for 3 tracks on the album
Bella Chipperfield: Has done vocals for 3 tracks on the album.
And the back of the album looks like this:
14 tracks totalling an hour of music and covering a wide range of genres. On this LP you will find songs from the following genres:
Punk Rock:Autopilot, Save Yourself, Believe, Feel, Hands
Acoustic: Words, Nobody Knows
Electro: Have It All, On the Spot
Indie Rock: Shirts, Slacks and Spirits
Metal: Instrumental
Ballad: Summer, Motions
Quite diverse with a range of different singers and a plethora of instruments taken from every part of the broad music spectrum. Every other day i will post the lyrics for one of the songs from the album on this blog.
The first single will be called "Hands" and released for free download in the next 2 weeks.
Thanks for reading
Sean
